We understand the emotional anxiety you face when attempting to navigate the maze of options available to you in caring for your loved one. That is why a dedicated Providence advisor will develop a unique solution to fit your particular situation.

In keeping with our mission, a designated professional care manager will welcome you to Providence by getting to know you, your family and your unique needs. After conducting a thorough assessment of your situation, we will both develop a personal care plan and implement it. Our integrated team approach to caregiving allows us to have regular and timely dialogue between the caregivers and your family advisor, who will regularly update you on your loved one’s progress and assess any changes that may be necessary in the care plan.

Your care manager will be available to you 24-hours a day, 7 days a week. The same family advisor will continue to act as an advocate for your family’s needs both within Providence and to the external community throughout your entire time with us.
